The amazing view of the sea… we had a whale of a time there… good breakfast… tidy rooms… the only negative point: the air conditioner didn’t cool enough. It was warm somehow just like a fan. But everything else was amazing. Also the staff were friendly. I appreciate.

I spent 9 nights at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff was unique and always ready to help. It was very clean and tidy. The food was delicious.For the Asian part the hotel has a good location, but if you want to go to the center need over 1 hour of travel. The good news are that there is a direct train line from the hotel to the center.

good 4 stars hotel. good location in the asia part of the city. the delux room was spaciuos and well furnished. the hotel crew was kind and helpful. the breakfeast was diverse fresh and delicious. good value for money.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, well located and walking distance to the coast for transport. The rooms didn't have enough towels and no hangers for clothes. The service leaves a lot to be desired (apart from in the restaurant where staff were extremely agreeable and efficient). On check-in, our room wasn't ready. We ate in the restaurant to give them time to prepare the extra bed, but an hour and a half later we went up, tired and wanting to sleep to find the bed had still not been set up. When housekeeping finally arrived, she actually had the cheek to complain to us saying she's very busy and this is all last minute and that she wants to finish. Appalling considering they knew we were coming from weeks before. We stayed for 4 days and each day we asked reception to change money and each day we were told they had no money. No offer to have the money ready for the end of the day, just told a blunt 'no'. Then on the last day they said they could change a little and tried to exchange from a very low rate, despite the huge screen behind the reception desk showing all the exchange rates. I chose this hotel as it claims to be a business hotel which I assumed meant efficient, but I would not stay again
